Potential Fraud at the EPA – Lisa Jackson’s Secret Email

http://www.apcfm.org/apcwp/wp-content/uploads/OBAMA-LISA-JACKSON-website-300x170.jpgA House committee has launched an investigation into whether EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson used an email alias to try to hide correspondence from open-government requests and her agency’s own internal watchdog — something that Republican lawmakers said could run afoul of the law.

The science committee has asked Ms. Jackson to turn over all information related to an email account under the name of “Richard Windsor,” which is one of the aliases identified by a researcher looking into the EPA.

The committee has also asked the White House’s lawyer and EPA’s inspector general to look into the matter and report back by the end of this month, saying that the secret email accounts could have been used to keep key information from official watchdogs as well as the public.

Global warming stopped 16 years ago

Politicians and Some Scientist has been declaring Global Warming for years, but the truth is global warming ended 16 years ago, if there ever really was any global warming…

The world stopped getting warmer almost 16 years ago, according to new data released last week.

The figures, which have triggered debate among climate scientists, reveal that from the beginning of 1997 until August 2012, there was no discernible rise in aggregate global temperatures.

This means that the ‘plateau’ or ‘pause’ in global warming has now lasted for about the same time as the previous period when temperatures rose, 1980 to 1996. Before that, temperatures had been stable or declining for about 40 years.

Since 1880, when reliable temperature records began to be kept across most of the globe, the world has warmed by about 0.75 degrees Celsius. read more

Obama proclaimed October 2012 “National Energy Action Month”. Ha!

“I call upon the citizens of the United States to recognize this month by working together to achieve greater energy security, a more robust economy, and a healthier environment for our children,”

Sen. James Inhofe, Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, took exception to Pres. Obama’s proclamation of National Energy Action Month, saying “Every month should be national energy month.”

“Every day of the year Americans should be able to develop our resources to create millions of new jobs and supply the affordable energy we need to get our economy back on track.  Yet, every day, the Obama administration works tirelessly to ‘crucify’ oil and gas development, and ensure that ‘if you want to build a coal plant you got a big problem,’” Inhofe said.

Inhofe also highlighted Obama’s anti-energy record, citing rejection of the Keystone pipeline, “backdoor global warming cap-and-trade regulations,” expensive EPA rules, and “hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars (thrown) out the window on companies like Solyndra.”

EPA power grab to regulate ditches, gullies on private property

RED ALERT

By: Audrey Hudson

Lawmakers are working to block an unprecedented power grab by the Environmental Protection Agency to use the Clean Water Act (CWA) and control land alongside ditches, gullies and other ephemeral spots by claiming the sources are part of navigable waterways.

These temporary water sources are often created by rain or snowmelt, and would make it harder for private property owners to build in their own backyards, grow crops, raise livestock and conduct other activities on their own land, lawmakers say. read more

When Eco-Thugs Knock

By Brian Sussman

Larry Keller had no idea the Environmental Protection Agency employed agents fortified with deadly force until two such men showed up at his home, unannounced, to “question” him.

Keller runs a computer consulting business from his Asheville, North Carolina home. On April 27 he sent an email to the EPA in an attempt to reach Al Armendariz, the EPA regional administrator who, two days earlier, had been caught in a gone-viral YouTube video boasting about his desire to “crucify” Big Oil executives. After watching the video, Keller told the Carolina Journal, he was troubled by the comments and wanted to express his concerns to Armendariz, a public official whose salary is paid by taxpayers. “I wanted to know why someone in his position would say what he did. I wanted to question his reasoning and principles. It’s all about freedom of speech,” said Keller. read more

Global Warming Skeptics Know More About Science Than Climate Change Believers

The democrats are in a free-fall, very heart warming when evil fails. It’s true that God put those he wants in authority, and that is Obama,  perhaps it is a call of the Lord to your heart, Read 2 Chronicles 7.14. And even though we might want to toss them an anvil, on their way to destruction, we have to pray their hearts are changed, besides, it won’t increase their terminal velocity.

People who are not that worried about the effects of global warming tend to have a slightly higher level of scientific knowledge than those who are worried, according to a new study. read more

The working assumption, in the modern media, is that Obama simply cannot lose his reelection bid. Obviously, they want “The One” to be around for two. First Alge Energy, Now Spinach Energy

popeyeIt won’t stop until Obama is gone… President Obama recently touted algae as a potential source of energy, and now the Environmental Protection Agency has invested in converting spinach into an energy source.

The EPA awarded a $90,000 grant over the weekend to Vanderbilt University students “who designed a biohybrid solar panel that substitutes a protein from spinach for expensive silicon wafers that are energy intensive to produce, and is capable of producing electricity.” read more

EPA Official Says Crucify Them, Compares Agency Enforcement to Romans — Make Example Out Of Them [2 VIDEOS]

UPDATE: Good job America, this tactless tool Al Armendariz has resigned…  But be forewarned. The EPA still posses this power.

The EPA must be completely defunded.
A video surfaced on Wednesday showing a regional administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency comparing his agency’s philosophy with respect to regulation of oil and gas companies to brutal tactics employed by the ancient Roman army to intimidate its foes into submission.

[jwplayer mediaid="21037"]

EPA’s “philosophy of enforcement,” said EPA’s Region VI Administrator Al Armendariz, is “kind of like how the Romans used to conquer little villages in the Mediterranean: they’d go into little Turkish towns somewhere, they’d find the first five guys they’d run into, and they’d crucify them.” read more
