The Tea Party Patriots website has crashed, organizers say, due to the high volume of interest in the nationwide protests planned for over 100 Internal Revenue Offices across the nation.

The website crashed after Rush Limbaugh highlighted the grassroots organization as a place to get information about the protests.

“We are working hard to have our website back online after we saw a sharp increase in traffic surrounding the IRS protests we plan to host across the country tomorrow,” explained Jenny Beth Martin to the Washington Examiner. “The media, including Rush Limbaugh, have been directing people to our website which collapsed under the heavy load.”

UPDATE: Obama shuts Keystone XL down. Nebraska Governor Circumvents Obama’s Federal Anti Keystone Pipeline Plan.

UPDATE: Obama and his masses conducting evil against the states.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Obama administration has delayed a decision on TransCanada Corp’s rerouted Keystone XL oil pipeline until after March, even though Nebraska’s governor on Tuesday approved a plan for part of the line running through his state.

“We don’t anticipate being able to conclude our own review before the end of the first quarter of this year,” said Victoria Nuland, a spokeswoman at the State Department, which had previously said it would make a decision by that deadline. Full post

God Bless Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman! TransCanada just got final approval to build its pipeline from the tar sands of Alberta all the way to the Gulf Coast of Texas. Done.

Gov. Heineman Press Release here.

Obama rejected the broader [Keystone XL] plan, saying the pipeline needed to be rerouted around Nebraska’s sensitive Sand Hills region. For that project, TransCanada needs presidential approval because it crosses an international border. The shorter portion only requires permits from state and federal agencies. TransCanada said the final of three permits it needed from the Army Corps of Engineers had been approved. The line from Cushing will help relieve a bottleneck at the Oklahoma refinery.

The governor approved a revised route for the Canada-to-Texas pipeline which his office said would avoid environmentally sensitive areas.

“Construction and operation of the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline, with the mitigation and commitments from Keystone would have minimal environmental impacts in Nebraska,” he wrote in a letter to Obama and Clinton.

The decision on final approval now rests with the Obama administration. The State Department is expected to decide within the next few months whether to permit the project to go forward — Heineman’s approval puts Obama in a difficult political spot.

The president had previously cited the Nebraska’s concerns about the pipeline as a key obstacle to approving the pipeline. At the same time, the president was able assuage the concerns of major environmental groups who not only voiced concern about the potential impact of a spill but also the emissions created by extracting and refining oil from what are known as oil sands in Canada.

After Obama in his inaugural address pledged to take action on climate change, the Sierra Club said it was “heartened” by Obama’s remarks and again urged the administration to reject “the dangerous tar sands pipeline.”

But supporters — including some in the president’s own party — have downplayed the environment impact and stressed the economic benefits the pipeline could bring. The pipeline is backed by the unions, and has been heavily promoted by Canadian officials. In Heineman’s letter, the governor said construction in Nebraska would yield $418 million in economic benefits.

Asked about the Nebraska governor’s decision Tuesday, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney noted the State Department was still reviewing the issue.

“There are stages in this process. … I don’t want to get ahead of that process,” Carney said.

There are other hurdles beyond the federal government’s approval — needed because the pipeline crosses the U.S.-Canada border. A state court case has challenged the law that gives Heineman the power to approve such plans.

The American Petroleum Institute hailed the Nebraska decision Tuesday as a major step.

“Another major hurdle has been cleared,” API Executive Vice President Marty Durbin said. “With the approval from Nebraska in hand, the president can be confident that the remaining environmental concerns have been addressed.”

The governor said the new route would avoid the sensitive Sand Hills region, though would “cross” a vital aquifer. The governor expressed confidence that enough protections were in place to allow the project to go forward.

Morsi Not a Friend of the USA – Tell Congress No Tanks or F-16s to Egypt

http://i.telegraph.co.uk/multimedia/archive/01857/libya-tank-620_1857248c.jpg“This is a different government. The government we made that deal with is now in jail.”

Later this month, the new government in Egypt is scheduled to begin taking delivery of 10 F-16 fighter jets and 200 Abrams tanks – courtesy of U.S. taxpayers.

The $213 million deal is part of a foreign aid package signed when American ally Hosni Mubarak was president, but a growing chorus of critics say the Obama administration should pull the plug. They cite Egypt’s new Muslim Brotherhood government’s mixed signals to the U.S. and Israel, as well as America’s fiscal problems, as reasons for rescinding the deal.

“A Shariah dictatorship on Israel’s border – armed with American weapons – is a deadly threat to Israel and America,” reads a petition being circulated by The American Center for Law and Justice. “All U.S. funding to Egypt must be cut off until we can certify that aid to Egypt will help the national security interests of the United States and Israel.”

“This is a different government. The government we made that deal with is now in jail.”

- Jordan Sekulow, American Center for Law and Justice

The petition has garnered more than 150,000 signatures, and ACLJ Executive Director Jordan Sekulow believes it could bolster mounting opposition in Washington. Although the deal has already been approved by Congress and could only be rescinded by President Obama, Sekulow said lawmakers have leverage because Obama needs their backing for some $1.5 billion in aid earmarked for Egypt later this year.

“It’s all up to the president,” Sekulow said. “It will take people speaking out, and we have a limited time to act.”

Egypt would add the state-of-the-art F-16s, built by Lockheed-Martin, to its fleet of 200 fighter jets. The M1A1 Abrams battle tanks would allow Egypt to increase its number of tanks by 20 percent. The first delivery is to take place Jan. 22. Critics say the arms could end up being used against neighboring Israel or even against the Egyptian people, should Morsi ever face a Syria-style revolt.

Reneging on the deal would be justified, say critics, because new Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi’s Muslim Brotherhood has long supported terrorist groups in the Middle East. Since being elected, Morsi has declared himself above the law and rammed through a constitution based on Sharia law. Human rights advocates say the regime’s treatment of women and non-Muslims is cause for concern.

President Obama has even said that Egypt’s alliance with the U.S., which was solid during Mubarak’s 30-year reign, may be in a state of transition.

“I don’t think that we would consider them an ally, but we don’t consider them an enemy,” the president told Telemundo in September.

Tearing up the agreement would not blemish America’s honor, given the new regime in Cairo, said Sekulow.

“Would we have given these to the Mubarak government when the revolution was occurring in Tahrir Square?” he said. “When things aren’t stable, you don’t just say, ‘Well we made this agreement two years ago so we have to go through with it.’

“This is a different government. The government we made that deal with is now in jail.”

A spokesperson at the U.S. Department of State declined to say whether the deal is being reviewed, but said the Obama administration seeks to “maintain a strategic partnership with Egypt that enhances the security and peace of the region.”

“We are closely following the political situation in Egypt,” the spokesperson said. “We support a stable and democratic Egypt, and we look to all Egyptians to resolve their differences peacefully.”

Florida Rep. Vern Buchanan, who recently called for ending foreign aid to Egypt altogether, told FoxNews.com last month the Muslim Brotherhood-backed Morsi government has been sending increasingly troubling signals to Washington, and giving it state-of-the-art fighter jets is a dangerous idea.

“American tax dollars must not be used to aid and abet any dictatorial regime that stands with terrorists,” Buchanan said.

Bad Fiscal Cliff Bill: Payroll Tax Increase Hits Nearly Every Wage Earner

http://www.socialsecurityinsider.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/istock_000006459776xsmall.jpgThis may be a brief rally for the markets, but a long term problem for our freedom and financial future. The GOP failed us. Moderates and RINOs must be tossed out. No quarter given, no conversation, no compromises. The USA is NOT Europe and we will not let our elected official act like Europeans. We will take our country back, we will stand for and with our Constitution.

WASHINGTON- While the tax package that Congress passed New Year’s Day will protect 99 percent of Americans from an income tax increase, most of them will still end up paying more federal taxes in 2013.

That’s because the legislation did nothing to prevent a temporary reduction in the Social Security payroll tax from expiring. In 2012, that 2-percentage-point cut in the payroll tax was worth about $1,000 to a worker making $50,000 a year. read more

Tim Scott Tea Party Patriot Favorite Succeeds DeMint

Rep. Tim Scott, a South Carolina Republican backed by tea-party groups, made history Monday when he was appointed to fill the seat of departing Sen. Jim DeMint.

Mr. Scott, who will be the first black senator from the South since Reconstruction, instantly became the GOP’s highest-profile African-American, as the party isn’t represented by any other black members of Congress or any black governors.

South Carolina Republican Gov. Nikki Haley said she chose Mr. Scott because he was a successful small-business man and fiscal conservative with the same philosophy as Mr. DeMint.

Ms. Haley said it was important to her as an Indian-American to say that she chose Mr. Scott for his merits, adding that he “earned this seat for the person that he is.”

Mr. Scott said he would seek to uphold Mr. DeMint’s record, and shares his hard-line approach on negotiations on the fiscal cliff, looming year-end spending cuts and tax increases. Mr. Scott said raising taxes on the nation’s wealthiest people would damage business owners and cause jobs to be lost.

“That’s not the right direction,” he said. read more

America, Why I Love Her

God Bless America for she is in Peril..Definition of PERIL. 1: exposure to the risk of being injured, destroyed, or lost

AMERICA: WHY I LOVE HER
By John Mitchum
Performed by John Wayne

You ask me why I love her? Well, give me time, and I’ll explain…
Have you seen a Kansas sunset or an Arizona rain?
Have you drifted on a bayou down Louisiana way?
Have you watched the cold fog drifting over San Francisco Bay?

Have you heard a Bobwhite calling in the Carolina pines?
Or heard the bellow of a diesel in the Appalachia mines?
Does the call of Niagara thrill you when you hear her waters roar?
Do you look with awe and wonder at a Massachusetts shore…
Where men who braved a hard new world, first stepped on Plymouth Rock?
And do you think of them when you stroll along a New York City dock?

Have you seen a snowflake drifting in the Rockies…way up high?
Have you seen the sun come blazing down from a bright Nevada sky?
Do you hail to the Columbia as she rushes to the sea…
Or bow your head at Gettysburg…in our struggle to be free?

Have you seen the mighty Tetons? …Have you watched an eagle soar?
Have you seen the Mississippi roll along Missouri’s shore?
Have you felt a chill at Michigan, when on a winters day,
Her waters rage along the shore in a thunderous display?
Does the word “Aloha”… make you warm?
Do you stare in disbelief When you see the surf come roaring in at Waimea reef?

From Alaska’s gold to the Everglades…from the Rio Grande to Maine…
My heart cries out… my pulse runs fast at the might of her domain.
You ask me why I love her?… I’ve a million reasons why.
My beautiful America… beneath Gods’ wide, wide sky.

Rep. Allen West Concedes After Fla. Recount Fight

DEMOCRAT FRAUD see this post – DNC Granted Permission to Cheat by RNC Begining 1982

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) – Tea party firebrand Rep. Allen West conceded his re-election fight Tuesday, two weeks after the election gave way to court appearances, two partial recounts and unending accusations by his camp that the vote count wasn’t fair.

In a statement, the Republican freshman said “there are certainly still inaccuracies in the results” but not enough to change the outcome, giving the race to Democratic newcomer Patrick Murphy.

“While a contest of the election results might have changed the vote totals, we do not have evidence that the outcome would change,” West said. read more
