“I’m the president, not a dictator” -BO

“To be clear, the dispute over executive amnesty is not between President Obama and Republicans in Congress; it is a dispute between President Obama and the American people.” –Ted Cruz

Many had a dream for our first Black President, predominantly black Americans, as he or she would be our very first black president, that’s why they turned out with over a 90 percentile vote for Obama (King must be doing somersault in his grave) Maybe these voters, many of whom had never voted, and honestly were uninformed about politics, and  particularly about Obama’s, jaded and quite honestly vile past which has caused deleterious effects  to many people’s lives. What they thought perhaps  was he’s someone like Martin Luther King, Jr., who dreamed of a future nation for his four children, void of race “. . . a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.” Enter Obama , smooth, convincing, educated, and he plead a case for unity, not left or right but an all inclusive nation, he spoke a message of healing and truth. He “preached” about transparency in DC, and some, the uninformed in our nation, had hope beyond hope. Youth and minorities wanted a hip  and “caring for the cause” president.  But most of them now know the truth, and it is something far different. What they got in the first black US president (technically bi-racial) was not a dream, but a nightmare.  His “amnesty” order will be hurting minorities the most and they’re already hurting the most. Painfully and deeply in the lack of job opportunities, murder, substance abuse, broken homes, fatherless children, poverty and otherobama_king areas. The truth is Obama doesn’t care for anyone but Obama and his legacy. We’re here on the front lines with you Patriot Brothers and Sisters, and yes we’re waiting, waiting for our lawbreaking President to once again arrest the attention of legal U.S. tax paying citizens, along with those here illegally, those who are invading our country and burdening every aspect of our Federal and States systems. to again, break US Law. Obama’s own words make the best case against his lawless action. We are certainly praying for, and are hopeful that, Speaker Boehner & Senate Elect Majority Leader Mitch McConnell know that the American people have given them, and every member of the right side of the aisle another opportunity to show We The People that they can lead. Mitch  McConnell and John Boehner  would both do well in listening to intellectually honest, well spoken Patriots and colleague, Senators Mike Lee and Ted Cruz, who agree on what Ted Cruz wrote in the excerpt from Politico.

The Constitution designs a system of checks and balances for our nation, and executive amnesty for immigrants here illegally unilaterally decreed from the White House would seriously undermine the rule of law. Our founders repeatedly warned about the dangers of unlimited power within the executive branch; Congress should heed those words as the president threatens to grant amnesty to millions of people who have come to our country illegally. To be clear, the dispute over executive amnesty is not between President Obama and Republicans in Congress; it is a dispute between President Obama and the American people. The Democrats suffered historic losses in the midterm elections largely over the prospect of the president’s executive amnesty. President Obama was correct: His policies were on the ballot across the nation in 2014. The elections were a referendum on amnesty, and the voters soundly rejected it. There was no ambiguity. The following is a must read for the POTUSTedCruzExecAmnesty

In Chapter 69, the president would be elected for a term of four years; he would be eligible for re-election. He would not have the life tenure of an hereditary monarch. The president would be liable to impeachment, trial, and removal from office upon being found guilty of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. He would be accountable at all times to the country at large.

The president was also to be the commander-in-chief of all regular United States military forces and of the state militias when called into national service. The president would have only occasional command of the state militias, and only when authorized by the Congress.

In addition, the president would have the power to pardon all offenders except those found guilty in an impeachment trial. He would regulate foreign relations with the advice and consent of the Senate, and have other extensive powers. But since a president was to be elected every four years, he could not possibly become a “perpetual and hereditary prince” like the despised and “tyrannical” King George III of Britain.

In Chapter 70, there were some who argued that a vigorous executive was inconsistent with republican principles. All men of sense agreed, said Hamilton, about the “necessity of an energetic executive.” That necessary energy would come from unity, duration, adequate provision for its support, and competent powers. The first need was “due dependence on the people”; the second, due responsibility.

As to unity, Hamilton argued (largely to himself), that executive powers should be concentrated in a single chief magistrate, and not in a council or anything of that sort. The history of Rome and the ancient Greek republics proved this, as well as the operations under various state governments. As chief magistrate, the president should bear sole responsibility for his acts. There was no need of a “council to the executive.”

In Chapter 71, this is a prolix essay on why the president’s term in office should be limited and why a new election to the presidency should be held periodically: every four years, as proposed. Four years would be long enough, but not too long. That period would keep the president responsive to the changing views and interests of the people if he hoped for re-election.

In Chapter 72, the president should be eligible for re-election. Otherwise, the chief magistrate might become irresponsible. Knowing that he would not be called to account by the people for whatever he did, he might do whatever he pleased, making himself a fortune while he could.

A man having served four years as president would have more knowledge of statecraft and the inner workings of the government than one who had not. To exclude a president from seeking to succeed himself might well result in the “fatal inconveniences of fluctuating councils and a variable policy.”

In Chapter 73, the vigor of the executive branch depended on adequate provision for its support, to be determined by Congress. It was possible that Congress might decide to “starve” an unpopular president by reducing or abolishing his salary, or “tempt him by largesses” to surrender his judgment and discretion.

No provision in the proposed constitution was more “judicious” than this, said Hamilton: The president would receive for his services a compensation “which shall neither be increased nor diminished, during the period for which he shall have been elected, . . . and shall not receive within that period any other emolument from the United States or any of them.” This would make the president financially independent and free to move as his judgment dictated.

The president should have the power to exercise a qualified negative over the acts of the two legislative bodies. He could return all bills he objected to so that they could not become laws unless subsequently passed again, this time by a two-thirds vote in both houses of Congress. This would protect the president from having his powers whittled away by the legislature, and be a safeguard against hasty and ill-considered legislation. This would tend toward greater stability in government. To avoid a clash with the legislature, the president would be inclined to use his qualified veto cautiously.

In Chapter 74, among other requisite powers, the president was to be commander-in-chief of all regular United States military forces and of the state militias “when called into the actual service of the United States.” The propriety and reasons for this were so obvious, said Hamilton, that there was no need to discuss them.

The president was to have the power to grant pardons and reprieves for offences against the United States, “except in cases of impeachment.” There had been little criticism of this, Hamilton noted, except in relation to treason. Some argued that one or both legislative houses should be brought into proceedings involving the possible pardon of anyone convicted of treason. Hamilton saw some merit in that view, but concluded by saying that the power of granting pardons in treason cases should be left solely in the hands of the president, for “in seasons of insurrection or rebellion” the president could act more decisively and judiciously in granting amnesties. This might prevent the contending groups from coming to a violent and possibly disastrous collision.

A Bowl Full of Reid’s Cherries For The Pickins At Americans Peril & Eternal Expense #MakeDCListen

snipshot.reid.gore.UNLV.mag.cover.2009

There seems to be a stealth master plan of sorts to utilize a variety of Federal Government agencies for nefarious purposes aimed at diminishing or, removing altogether, the rights of the average hard-working, tax paying American citizen. Every State in the union should be on high alert that they might be next for Federal mandated selection by any variety of Federal ‘tools’ such as the Bureau of Land Management (BLM)  to selectively pinpoint Americans staying true to the US Constitution and to Liberty within it’s well defined text as stated in The Declaration of Independence. We here at USDefenseLeague challenge all 50 States to immediately re-claim all non-ceded, or previously ceded lands and territories back from the increasing usurper of rights and freedoms the US Federal Government. We, like the Bundy’s believe that every State in our US Republic is sovereign. We are Federalists. That means we believe in State’s rights trumping Federal rights as per the 10th Amendment in our US Constitution.

“Why Would We Want To Pass A Bill To Help Children With Cancer?” Harry Reid

Senate Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., has a pay-back moment. Harry you have been sowing a lot of wind throughout the years, guess you are about to reap some whirlwinds.  Reid  is asked by CNN’s Dana Bash, would he move forward if the House passes a bill restoring NIH funding so several dozen kids with cancer can get treatment immediately?  His answer is right in line with the Democrat death machine. “Why would we do that?”  Harry Reid.

Time to be sure after this dust-up America, that no voting takes place except by legal US Citizens, and the demonstratively vile demagogic Democrat party is put in the minority in Congress and the Judiciary. -PBN

The Most Transparent Whitehouse Cuts Access to Visitor Logs

Not one, or some but ALL of Barack Barry Hussein “Taqiyya Man” Soetoro Obama’s promises have been broken…

The “most transparent administration in American history” has won another victory for secrecy.

How many of the enemy of Freedom Islamists are sleeping in the Lincoln bedroom?

A three-judge panel in U.S. Appeals Court ruled in favor of the Obama administration on Friday in an open-records case dealing with White House visitor logs.  The court ruled that the logs, kept by the U.S. Secret Service, are not covered by the federal Freedom of Information Act, or FOIA, overturning a U.S. district court ruling that said they were.

Though Secret Service “agency records” can be subject to FOIA laws, the panel ruled unanimously that the visitors logs to the White House do not count as such. read more

Campaign of Disinformation: FBI Brainwashing Americans for Islam with AMAC [VIDEO]

Government Officials have begun a disinformation campaign promoting only the 1st Amendment Rights of Muslims ignoring all other religions especially Jews & Christians. They are beginning in TN to try and brainwash Americans. Never forget what Obama said after the Benghazi attack. “The future does not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam”. This is more tagiyya from this administration and now is not the time to let your guard down. We must focus on what is true and just and right, and do it right now.

Obama Cheat Skeet Fraud

Obama Cheat Skeet Shooting Fraud

UPDATE: We have evidence that Obama has at least three (3) different versions of where he was on August 4th. Breaking news coming soon. This looks to be another Barack Obama fabrication, and one that we hope he will not get away with.  No big deal right? We think it is a big deal because it just adds to the levels this man will go to fabricate for his sake a cult of personality that is not reality. We invite other photographers and videographers to comment. We have taken into consideration hi-speed 1/2000 or better shutters or frames of video. There is no reason for a shot taken, in our opinion, at this level an attitude for the muzzle. We believe this to be a staged shot so that the most uninformed will  be mislead.

What’s wrong with this picture?

Chances are it was taken as a single frame from a video. So where is the video why not show the public that? Why would they take a single frame from a video and suppress the video? Reason dramatization of the smoking muzzle. It is easy to see the level of the firearms barrel, far to level to the ground for skeet.

Has Obama ever held a gun before? His stance, posture and grip are wrong, and very high on the shoulder. This will leave a bad bruise.

Unless they used a high speed camera it looks like he’s firing a blank. Even light loads should show some barrel rise and recoil that would result in camera blur.

There are other issues with this photo, but we have spent enough time on this Prevaricator of the United States.

Let’s review:
Weapon too high on shoulder.
Aim too low for skeet.
No barrel rise or recoil that would result in camera blur, even in video.

What do you think?  Answer our poll question.

Most Americans will see their taxes go up

to help pay for Social Security this year, but some industries got big breaks in the fiscal cliff deal passed by the House Tuesday night.

The ABC News blog “The Note” reports the provisions are just extended from past years, but in light of America’s skyrocketing debt the breaks are raising concerns.

Among the controversial breaks is the Hollywood industry, which is being giving $430 million to make productions inside the United States.

The Most Devastating Anti-Obama Election Video of 2012 Make Video Viral

A scathing video review of President Barack Obama’s first term is sweeping the internet less than two days before the most important presidential election in a generation. The video, titled “Conservatism Is Calling,” outlines Obama’s broken promise to bring “hope and change” to Washington D.C.

The video, which currently has more than 500,000 views on YouTube, also highlights a number of Obama’s empty pledges he made on the campaign trail in 2008. Obama can be seen promising to “fundamentally transform the United States of America,” pledging to cut the federal deficit in half, fix the economy and reign in unemployment in his first term. While he did make good on his promise to “transform” the nation, it wasn’t in the way that many had hoped.

He called the Bush administration “unpatriotic” for running up massive annual deficits. However, as the YouTube video points out, Obama’s deficit at $1.3 trillion in 2012 alone was more than four years under former President George W. Bush combined. The video also indicates that Obama missed his pledge to cut the deficit in half by 500 percent.

he video blasts Obama for playing more than 100 rounds of golf, which at four hours per round, equals roughly 10 work weeks — “Just for golf.” Meanwhile, the American people continue to struggle in the “worst economy since the Great Depression.”

After Hurricane Sandy, Obama wants Revenge, Romney wants Love of Country

Last week, Obama asserted a kind of ownership of the storm by touring New Jersey in the now infamous embrace of Republican stalwart Governor Chris Christie. Now that we are all appalled by the lack of food, gas, water, heat, and the basic essentials of life throughout the storm zone, Obama’s government doesn’t look so good anymore.

Why didn’t FEMA stockpile food, water, and gasoline? We had a week’s notice to prepare for Sandy. There was no shortage of time. Did the government not realize that people needed to eat, drink, and drive?

Where is obama, the man who said we will leave NO man behind…

Back on the campaign trail, pounding the opposition in the same relentless and partisan style which he used before the storm. When Obama said that voting was “the best revenge,” he threw away whatever presidentiality he displayed in touring storm damage earlier in the week.

we see the comparison of the mounting disaster in New York and New Jersey and the President out on the campaign trail attacking his opponents, we realize that Obama is a candidate before he is president, more worried about his second term than the welfare of his constituents.
