3.31.2015 Updated 12:12AM EST We now have a name of one of the survivors who was in the stolen SUV vehicle. Kevin Fleming, 20 years old, of Baltimore Maryland. Michael Savage, speaker, author, and talk show host of the radio show ‘The Savage Nation,” reported his name during his show late last evening. It appears Fleming has a criminal record details are not yet known. The name of his cohort who was killed remains undisclosed at present as well as the owner’s name of the SUV and the injured police officer working for the NSA.
Updated 6:10pm EST: The two men shot by the NSA Federal police, were heading AWAY from the NSA as seen in the incident scene where the, cross-dressing, confused (and possibly high on some sort of substance) men were both shot. One man was shot to death. The second man was severely wounded and is in critical condition. Reports say he may not survive. The two men had allegedly stolen the black SUV from another man whom they had spent the night with at a Motel. Their relationship with each other and the third man is unknown at this time. It was reported by the local police that the man left at the hotel had indeed called his car in as stolen. Is this a cover story by NSA? They didn’t initially say they pulled them over or ordered them to stop due to a police report of any kind. We will let you know. Please notice the directions of vehicles and the location of the NSA versus the road to the Parkway/highway entrance.
Updated 4:20pmEST Washington Post reported: “The vehicle slammed into a police cruiser after shots were fired.”
One person was killed and another was injured Monday morning when police with the National Security Agency opened fire on a vehicle whose driver refused commands to stop at a security gate, according to a statement from the agency.
The vehicle slammed into a police cruiser after shots were fired.
The NSA statement says the incident occurred shortly before 9 a.m. when the vehicle entered the NSA complex off the Baltimore Washington Parkway in Anne Arundel County and “failed to obey an NSA police officer’s routine instructions for safely exiting the secure campus.” The statement says security barriers were raised.
The NSA said that the “vehicle accelerated toward an NSA police vehicle blocking the road” and that police “fired at the vehicle.” It then crashed into the police vehicle.
Amy J. Thoreson, a spokeswoman for the FBI, said in a statement that authorities “do not believe [the incident] is related to terrorism.” WaPo
AP now wanting to get ahead of all other media. Note the time stamp of 3:55pmEST in its next updated story is over half an hour ahead of current time at time of this post 3:23PMEST See screenshot:
3:05PM EST Fox now reporting crossdressing men appeared to be “on something” and men refused to turn around (at checkpoint) so barricades were erected and they were then shot, one to death, the other hanging on for his life. No weapons reported were in the men’s car or in their hands or on their person. How do we know if these guys weren’t in need of medical attention in lieu of execution? M. AP News finally catching up to our factual report just about half an hour ago. Here’s a screenshot of their twitter feed.
Shepard Smith of Fox News, still misreporting that a gate at NSA was rammed by two cross-dressing men in SUV. “Deadly faceoff… Military had to shoot because gate was being rammed. That would be inaccurate reporting. And for all stating this is not terrorism. How would you know yet?
Initial Story by ABC has evidently been deleted just checked to see 2:22pmEST Is there a whitewash or cover-up, if so of of what exactly? We hear the Obama admin at the White House was starting to involve itself.
2:25pmEST Foxnews is still misreporting the facts as are most of the MSM. The gate was not breached, rammed or was there ever any attempt to ram the gate at the NSA at Fort Meade, MD. In addition, Fox News is just now reporting that a NSA cop was injured. What’s the delay about?
Updated 1245PM EST: USDefenseLeague seeks facts and appears to be one of the few not jumping on the bandwagon of rushing to conclusions before those facts are in. We reported there was no ramming at the gate of the NSA located in Fort Meade, MD. Neither was there even an attempt to ram the gate since the alleged attackers were neutralized prior during a motor vehicle collision between a black SUV and a Federal NSA vehicle in which shots were fired at the alleged two “cross dressing“ males. We do not yet know if the alleged attackers were armed or unarmed. The local police force was reporting two individuals showed up at the gate already injured. ~ M. Katherine Orts
Here’s a screen grab of another prominent news outlet changing its headline: Notice they now say shot outside gate and blame shooting on trying to ram past a checkpoint????
Update9:47AM EST: Black SUV initially thought to have attempted to ram gate had, in fact, collided with a police vehicle, which then allegedly (Federal NSA police officers) fired upon the occupants of the vehicle, two males who were dressed as women. Information obtained through variety of local sources. NSA put out different initial story of “incident at the gate with two individuals being treated“ official initial statement of NSA“ and NSA spokesperson is still not reportedly commenting to reporters on scene. ~ USDefenseLeague.com
