What a joke obama has turned out to be, in a speech obama told a California crowd last week that migrant worker activist Cesar Chavez’s gift is a “reminder that we are all God’s children, that every life has value.”

“It’s people,” Obama said. “More than higher wages or better working conditions, that was Cesar’s gift to us – a reminder that we are all God’s children, that every life has value.

A hallmark of Obama’s presidency has been ensuring federal funding for Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider. One of his first acts as president was overturning the Mexico City policy.

Most recently, he pushed a mandate from the Department of Health and Human Services requiring all insurance to cover the cost of abortifacients, sterilization and contraception.

Even Biden said at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse on Friday that Planned Parenthood “under law cannot perform any abortion.”

Planned Parenthood itself has published fact sheets indicating that it did 985,731 abortions in just the three years from 2008 through 2010. These included 324,008 abortion in 2008, 332,278 abortions in 2009, and 329,445 abortions in 2010.

A Congressional Research Service report published on Aug. 28 said that the federal government gives Planned Parenthood about $66 million per year in Title X “family planning” grants.

Obama is among the most extreme abortion advocates in the country. He believes in live birth abortions.

To give you an idea of how extreme President Obama’s views are, consider his actions while serving in the Illinois state senate.

When President Obama served in the state senate, he would not vote for the “born alive bill” because he was concerned that it would infringe on abortion rights.

Born alive refers to babies who live after an abortion. The bill would declare them human beings with the rights of human beings.

This bill stemmed from a case in which an aborted baby was born alive and being brought to a linen closet to die. A nurse intervened and took care of the baby until he died. She brought the case to the attention of authorities and this bill grew out of the event.

Obama believes in preserving abortion rights even at the expense of a born alive baby, whom he refers to as a fetus in an effort to dehumanize the baby.

For 4 years following his 2003 vote Obama misrepresented it, stating the wording of the IL version of Born Alive was not the same as the federal version, and he would have voted for it if so. As recently as August 16, 2008, Obama made this false assertion.

But when evidence presented was irrefutable, Obama’s campaign on August 18, 2008, admitted the truth to the New York Sun.

Michelle Obama gave her support for late term partial birth abortions with a fundraising letter in 2004. She claims in the letter that there is no provision to protect the health of the mother, which is clearly untrue. Is this what Americans want? A President who claims his opponent is the extremist when no one is more extreme than he is on the issue.
