Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez gave the book “The Open Veins of Latin America” to President Barack Obama during the Summit of the Americas in Port of Spain, Trinidad, on April 18, 2009.
Obama does have a history for congratulating Commies, “BUCHAREST (Scanteia) official newspaper or the Romanian Communist Party:
