Help I can’t stop lying
Harry Reid no longer dubbed Dirty Harry is now called Dirty Liar, he really stepped off into a big pile of poo this time, and can’t seem to get it off his shoe. so fact checker stepped in to check out Dirty Liar’s claim, here is what they found.
Originally Dirty Liar told the Huffington Post that a person who had invested with Bain Capital had called his office and told him that Romney didn’t pay taxes for ten years. Then, he told reporters in Nevada that “I have had a number of people tell me that.”
Reid has refused to identify his source (or sources). Romney and his campaign aides have emphatically denied the charge but Reid has stood firm. “I don’t think the burden should be on me,” he said. “The burden should be on him. He’s the one I’ve alleged has not paid any taxes.”
This whole exchange poses a fact-checking conundrum. Generally, we maintain that the person or the campaign making the charge must back it up. Reid has refused to provide any evidence, except for the (unproven) fact that someone called him up and told him something that may be true — or simply a rumor.

Connecticut Beaches Closed So Obama Can Fund-Raise with Hollywood Mogul

Beachgoers, get lost.
Amid the peak summer season, two of Connecticut’s popular public beaches — maintained with taxpayer money — were closed Monday to accommodate President Obama’s fundraising excursion that ends with a $35,800-per-plate event at movie mogul Harvey Weinstein’s mansion. And Republicans aren’t happy about it.
The 238-acre Sherwood Island State Park was closed so the president’s helicopter could land and then take off after a day-long trip that began in Stamford. read more

Dear Friend:
It’s taken more than 200 years, two world wars, an industrial revolution, and the dawn of the Internet, but the United States once again finds itself at the mercy of an intolerant king.
Instead of a tax on tea, King Barack Obama and his Knights of the Fast Food Table seem intent on imposing a penalty on chicken — but not all chicken.
They are only targeting poultry prepared by Chick-fil-A, and it’s not because King Obama has decreed that Chick-fil-A makes a product that is any way unsuitable for the American people. It’s because Chick-fil-A President Dan Cathy had the audacity to make comments supporting the “biblical definition” of marriage as between a man and a woman — comments that directly conflict with the King’s recent pronouncement on gay marriage.
Cathy’s comments have undoubtedly infuriated the petulant king and his court, so much so that King Obama’s mayors in Boston and Chicago issued proclamations of their own aimed at stopping further expansion of Chick-fil-A restaurants in their cities.
This is nothing short of outrageous behavior by a king who is obviously out of touch with the rest of us peasants.

HCA was one of the nation’s first hospital companies. Today, they are the nation’s leading provider of healthcare services, a company comprised of locally managed facilities that includes about 163 hospitals and 110 freestanding surgery centers in 20 states and England and employing approximately 199,000 people. Approximately four to five percent of all inpatient care delivered in the country today is provided by HCA facilities.
Before obamacare that is, now obama’s Justice Department is probing HCA cardiology care. ODOJ wants information about heart procedures performed at some of its locations, they want to assess the medical necessity of some interventional cardiology services.
Also the civil division of obama’s Justice Department has contacted HCA as part of a national review of whether charges to the federal government for implantable cardio-defibrillators met government criteria.
