ICE Agent Faces Suspension Illegal Alien w/o Drivers License Drives Free

By Todd Starnes

A veteran Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent is facing suspension after he refused to release an illegal immigrant who was not considered a priority target under the Obama Administration’s new immigration enforcement policies, according to documents provided exclusively to Fox News.

“They’re punishing law enforcement officers who are just trying to uphold U.S. law,” said Chris Crane, president of the National ICE Council. Crane is a union representative acting on the unidentified officer’s behalf.

The officer under fire is an 18-year law enforcement and military veteran.

“If a law enforcement officer can’t perform routine enforcement functions, what do we have a law enforcement agency for?”

Tough Guy Fired for Bullying Drive-Thru Girl At Chick-fil-A

Adam M. Smith, the grown man who recorded a video of himself berating a female employee at a Chick-fil-A drive-thru in Tuscon, Ariz. has been fired from his own job. After pulling up to the window and getting his free water, the tough guy activist proceeded to harangue the remarkably calm young woman. At one point, he even asked her how she can “live with herself” knowing that she works for such hateful people.

Adam Smith held an appointment as an Adjunct Lecturer, Finance (non-tenure eligible) in the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona from January 2, 2012, to May 20, 2012. He presently holds no appointment with the University.

His former employers at Vante were just as displeased:

Cass Sunstein Steps Down From White House

Cass Sunstein, a former University of Chicago law professor and an advisor to Barack Obama in the years running up to his presidency–who joined the administration at the start–is stepping down from his position as the Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.

Sunstein is married to Samantha Power, who serves in the Obama White House as the Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Multilateral Affairs and Human Rights. The two met during the Obama 2008 primary campaign.

Sunstein, a celebrity academic who met Barack Obama when they were both teaching at University of Chicago Law School was among the world’s most-quoted law professors when he came to Washington in 2009. He was named the new president’s chief regulatory enforcer (often called the “regulatory czar”) as head of OIRA (“oh-eye-ruh”), an office that gets little attention but is among an administration’s most potent levers.

First Domestic Drone Use in Arrest of American Citizen

A North Dakota court has preliminarily upheld the first-ever use of an unmanned drone to assist in the arrest of an American citizen.

A judge denied a request to dismiss charges Wednesday against Rodney Brossart, a man arrested last year after a 16-hour standoff with police at his Lakota, N.D., ranch. Brossart’s lawyer argued that law enforcement’s “warrantless use of [an] unmanned military-like surveillance aircraft” and “outrageous governmental conduct” warranted dismissal of the case, according to court documents obtained by U.S. News. read more

U.S. nuclear bomb facility shut after security breach

WSI Oak Ridge, the contractor responsible for protecting the facility at Oak Ridge, Tennessee, is owned by the international security firm G4S, which was at the center of a dispute over security at the London Olympic Games.

Officials said the facility was shut down on Wednesday at least until next week after three activists cut through perimeter fences to reach the outer wall of a building where highly enriched uranium, a key nuclear bomb component, is stored.  The Y-12 National Security Complex said all nuclear material is safe. The temporary stand-down was expected to end by next week. Special nuclear material will be moved to vaults on site, and contractor security personnel will undergo training and refresher instruction. The protesters were found hanging banners in the dark and singing on Saturday and offering to break bread with the security guards, officials said. They were arrested.

The activists painted slogans and threw what they said was human blood on the wall of the facility, one of numerous buildings in the facility known by the code name Y-12 that it was given during World War Two officials said.

While moving between the perimeter fences, the activists triggered sensors that alerted security personnel. But officials conceded the intruders were still able to reach the building’s walls before security personnel got to them.

Obama Lied About Bain, Now Harry Reid Is Lying About Romney’s Taxes

We lie for tax dollars.

Mitt Romney lashed back at Harry Reid on Thursday in an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity, saying the Senate majority leader needs to “put up or shut up” after airing allegations about Romney’s taxes.

Does Harry Reid really think anyone is going to believe his all out smear campaign he’s launched against Romney.  Harry is saying Romney didn’t pay taxes for ten years,  he can’t verify it, he’s just pulling the BS out of thin air and expects you and I to believe it because he said it’s true.

Reid claims over a month ago an investor in Bain Capitol called his office and told him this, but we are just now hearing about it? This is what Reid is claiming the person said “Harry, he didn’t pay taxes for ten years.”

Reid: “He didn’t pay taxes for 10 years! Now, do I know that that’s true? Well, I’m not certain,” said Reid. “But obviously he can’t release those tax returns. How would it look?

Romney: “Harry’s going to have to describe who it is he spoke with, because, of course, that is totally and completely wrong,” Romney said. “It’s untrue, dishonest and inaccurate. It’s wrong. “So, I’m looking forward to have Harry reveal his sources, and we will probably find out it’s the White House.”

Reid even goes as far as to say Romeny’s own Father would be ashamed of him. As a Senator Reid has no business speculating on Romney’s taxes. He has no sense of decency it seems everyday the Democrat party reaches a new low, there is nothing they won’t do in the name of dirty politics.

Update: Obama Campaign Sues To Restrict Military Members From Voting

Update:

MILITARY GROUPS’ MOTION TO INTERVENE This is for all the lib YoYos who deny the MIl suspicion of King Wee Wee and Dems http://moritzlaw.osu.edu/electionlaw/litigation

Never believe SNOPES and if you refer to them ALWAYS read everything.  They have a horrible disconnect from the truth and their own version of it.

obama enjoys being seen with members of our military having his photo taken, and visiting them, so why is he and his regime suing to restrict their ability to vote in the upcoming election?

On July 17th, the Obama for America Campaign, the Democratic National Committee and the Ohio Democratic Party filed suit in OH to strike down part of that state’s law governing voting by members of the military. Their suit said that part of the law is “arbitrary” with “no discernible rational basis.”

Currently, Ohio allows the public to vote early in-person up until the Friday before the election. Members of the military are given three extra days to do so. While the Democrats may see this as “arbitrary” and having “no discernible rational basis,” I think it is entirely reasonable given the demands on servicemen and women’s time and their obligations to their sworn duty.

The National Defense Committee reports:
for each of the last three years, the Department of Defense’s Federal Voting Assistance Program has reported to the President and the Congress that the number one reason for military voter disenfranchisement is inadequate time to successfully vote.
