In just a few days, Fast and Furious blew up in Holders face, Obama circumvents congress’ rights and illegally extends executive privilege. Then the O admin said that the AZ law was gutted, when in reality the most important and key component was kept. And finally Obama punishes Arizona by suspending 287(g). There is no other word for Obama but Socialist.
The AZCapitol Times confirmed this in their article, “Homeland Security revokes 287(g) agreements in Arizona,” by Jeremy Duda. “DHS announced that it was terminating its 287(g) task force agreements with the Arizona Department of Public Safety; the Florence, Mesa and Phoenix police departments; and the Pima, Pinal and Yavapai county sheriff’s offices. Those were the only agencies left in Arizona that had street-level 287(g) agreements.”

So, now that the Supreme Court has ruled on SB 1070, how have lawmakers and political figures responded?
At first, Governor Brewer hailed the Court’s ruling as protecting the “heart of SB 1070,” but soon her comments turned to outrage when she discovered that Department of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano has revoked the 287(g) agreements with Arizona law enforcement agencies.
This of course comes less than two weeks after Napolitano announced “Deferred Action Process for Young People Who Are Low Enforcement Priorities”
Responses have come in all day about this ruling and the subsequent Obama Administration actions. They are listed below, click on them to read the statements and/or watch the videos.
