The chief of the General Services Administration resigned, two of her top deputies were fired and four managers were placed on leave Monday amid reports of lavish spending at a conference off the Las Vegas Strip that featured a clown, a mind reader and a $31,208 reception.

Administrator Martha N. Johnson, in her resignation letter, acknowledged a “significant misstep” at the agency that manages real estate for the federal government. “Taxpayer dollars were squandered,” she wrote. At the start of her tenure in February 2010 she called ethics “a big issue for me.”

America stands on the precipice of sweeping liberal health care reform that will radically reshape one-sixth of the U.S. economy, and a 153-page House bill is all that stands between us and a fundamentally changed America.

What will that change look like? Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said, “we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it” and President Barack Obama said, “By the time the vote has taken place, not only will I know what’s in it, you’ll know what’s in it.”

Obama: Government Spending ‘Made This Country Great

obama thinks Government spending is what makes America great, sorry obama that is a lie, it is Americans that have made America great.

obama will say anything to convince us that his over wasteful spending is a good thing…

Last night, President Obama spoke at the Portland Museum of Art in Maine. There, he attacked his political opponents’ philosophy:

They’ve got one message and that is, we’re going to make sure that we cut people’s taxes even more – so that by every objective measure our deficit is worse and we will slash government investments that have made this country great, not because it’s going to balance the budget, but because it’s driven by our ideological vision about how government should be.  That’s their agenda, pure and simple.

How ignorant of obama, our Forefathers who wrote the Constitution always kept a check on spending often using their own money to go on vacations or to help others.

Michelle obama Preys Upon Children for Votes

Michelle Obama, who has quickly become the Obama campaign’s tip of the spear when it comes to fundraising and vote-getting, is now stumping for children to convince their “great-grandparents” to vote for her husband. At an event at San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park – for which tickets cost at least $500 – Michelle said:

I mean, I can’t tell you in the last election how many grandparents I ran into who said, I wasn’t going to vote for Barack Obama until my grandson talked to me, until my great-grandson talked to me, and talked about the future he wanted for this country.

New Black Panther Head Attacks Southern Poverty Law Center

Malik Zulu Shabazz chairman of the New Black Panther Party, appeared on the syndicated radio show “The Muslim Street” Sunday night to discuss his party’s initiatives regarding Trayvon Martin. Not only did he announce a “national day of action” — where the the group will conduct “county-wide and state-wide defense training,” followed by a national strike — but he also attacked the famed Southern Poverty Law Center when asked about being a hate group.

Obama Warns ‘Unelected’ Supremes: Overturning My Law Would be Judicial Activism

The remarks obama made today concerning his warning to the Supreme Court concerning his Health Care have prompted a flurry of speculation about how much of an effect, if any, the President‘s remarks will have on the Court’s eventual decision. The Drudge Report has openly speculated that President Obama knows something about the eventual outcome of the case, possibly through a leak from the high court itself.
