We at Push Back Now would like to offer our condolence to Whitney Houston’s family…

Not only have you lost a beautiful daughter and Whitney’s daughter Bobbi Kristina lost more than words can explain, We the world, also lost a music legend who touched our hearts with her music and winning smile….

On Thursday evening, just 2 days before her death Whitney and her daughter attended the Kelly Price & Friends for the love of R&B in Hollywood.

She took the stage and sang “Jesus Loves Me”, what a perfect song, He does love you Whitney, he is a loving and forgiving God….May you rest in peace.

You will always be remembered…

obama Contraceptive Rule Not a Hit

Here is what some people are saying concerning obama and his walk back on the Contraceptive Rule and the Church..

Rush: obama started it by demanding that Catholic organizations provide birth control and other abortion-related services. That’s unconstitutional. He cannot do it. There is an appropriate uproar. The regime says, “Okay, we’ll walk it back and then we’ll make the insurance companies do it.” He’s still getting everything he wants! He’s getting mandated federal funding of abortion services — and, in the process, trampling all over the Constitution. The right to religious liberty in this context is unequivocal in our country. It’s in the Constitution!

Since when…? I’m gonna ask this again: Since when does a president have the power to threaten to issue a rule gutting religious liberty and then claims the power to make compromises on that issue? This is how, folks, we lose our liberty. This is how we lose the Constitution. The suggestion that Obama has the power to alter that which he doesn’t have the power to do in the first place, is simply unacceptable. The first thing he does he doesn’t have the power to do. He doesn’t have, constitutionally, the power to mandate that religious organizations provide — free of charge or otherwise — any abortion-related service with which they disagree. He doesn’t have the authority. Then to supposedly correct it, he then engages in more authority that he doesn’t have! Obama is simply not empowered to interfere with religious liberty. No president is!

Iran To Make Announcement Of Nuclear Achievements

In the coming days the world will witness Iran’s announcement of its very important and very major nuclear achievements,” Ahmadinejad told a crowd at Tehran’s Azadi (Freedom) Square in a speech relayed live on state television.

Demonstrators carrying Iranian flags and pictures of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei chanted “Death to Israel” and “Death to America.” Ismail Haniya, who heads the Islamist Hamas administration in the Gaza Strip, also attended the ceremony.

Ahmadinejad gave no details of how Iran’s nuclear work, which Tehran says has only peaceful purposes, has progressed.

The United States and Israel, a country which Iran does not recognize, have not ruled out military action if sanctions fail.

Iran has warned of a “painful” answer, saying it would hit Israel and U.S. bases in the Gulf as well as block the vital Gulf oil shipping route through the Strait of Hormuz.
