Does obama Now Have The Power To Kill

obama by passes water boarding and torture and goes straight for the kill when it comes to Al-Awlaqi.

I think as Tea party activist we need to keep an eye on the obama administration, they have already alluded to the Tea Party as terrorist and dangerous, so we could end up on obama’s hit list just like American citizen Al-Awlaki.

They tried to kill Awlaki, on May 11 2011 but instead killed two men with him, The other people killed “may have” been Al Qaeda operatives. Or they “may not have” been. Who cares? They’re mere collateral damage on the glorious road to ending the life of this American citizen without due process (and pointing out that the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution expressly guarantees that “no person shall be deprived of life without due process of law” — and provides no exception for war — is the sort of tedious legalism that shouldn’t interfere with the excitement of drone strikes).

There had been no effort to indict Awlaqi on any crimes and that there was “substantial doubt” about his involvement in any attacks against the US.

Biden Blaming Bush Is Not Relevant, We Are In Charge

That his administration “inherited” a struggling economy has been a consistent talking point for President Barack Obama since taking office, but Biden told WLRN “that’s not relevant“ because ”we are are the ones in charge”:

Biden was quoted as saying the following:

Blaming Bush isn’t helping and is “not relevant” right now, so cut it out.

“There’s a lot of people in Florida that have good reason to be upset because they’ve lost jobs. Even though 50-some percent of the American people think the economy tanked because of the last administration, that’s not relevant. What’s relevant is we’re in charge. And right now we are the ones in charge and it’s gotten better but it hasn’t gotten good enough. And in states like Florida, it’s even been more stagnant because of the real estate market. And so I don’t blame them for being mad. We’re in charge.”

obama With New Message, America Has Gotten Too Soft

President Obama arguing for his third stimulus package in an interview with NBC affiliate WESH of Orlando, Fla.

He sure had a hard time getting out that “This Great Country”, he stuttered over it several times…listen again!

In the interview, Obama shed some light on how he aims to pull off the “it could have been worse” pitch for 2012. The answer seems to be that the administration will embrace the idea of America as a declining power as a way to lower the expectations for his governance.

Telling the TV station that America has gotten “a little soft” over the past two decades, Obama promised that his program will help burn off the flab and pump up the national fitness. By spending money to shore up government payrolls at stimulus levels and fund public works projects the president aims to rebuild the nation’s muscle tone while simultaneously burning off some of the fat by pumping up the tax rates on those earning over $200,000.

Van Jones Promoting Violence?

Bank Of America Charges $5 Debit Card Fee

Bank of America — one of the biggest recipients of taxpayer TARP bailout — raises debit card fee to $5.

to charge customers who use their debit cards to make purchases a $5 monthly fee beginning early next year, joining other banks scrambling for new sources of revenue.

U.S. banks have been looking for ways to increase revenue as regulations introduced since the financial crisis limited the use of overdraft and other fees.

BREAKING NEWS: al-Awlaki Pronounced Dead

Anwar al-Awlaki, a U.S.-born Islamic militant cleric who became a prominent figure in al-Qaida’s most active branch, using his fluent English and Internet savvy to draw recruits to carry out attacks in the United States, was killed Friday in the mountains of Yemen, American and Yemeni officials said.

The Yemeni government and Defense Ministry announced al-Awlaki’s death, but gave no details. A senior U.S. official said American intelligence supports the claim that he had been killed. The official spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss intelligence matters.

Yemeni security officials and local tribal leaders said he was killed in an airstrike on his convoy that they believed was carried out by the Americans. They said pilotless drones had been seen over the area in previous days.

New Details of Alleged Homemade Drone Attacks Against Pentagon and Capitol

Rezwan Ferdaus of Ashland, MA., was separately charged with attempting to assist Al Qaeda attack U.S. troops overseas.

Ferdhaus was arrested at his home yesterday after undercover FBI agents delivered materials to him necessary for his alleged terrorist plot, including what was supposed to be 25 lbs of C-4 explosives, 3 hand grenades and six fully automatic AK-47 assault rifles, according to Fox News.

The plot began in early 2010, when Federal Agents say Ferdhaus decided to wage Jihad against “the enemies of Allah.” A DOJ press release stated that the public was never in danger, as FBI agents monitored the subject closely.

Alaa Alsaegh says that two cars followed him as he drove on Compton. The drivers cut him off and Alsaegh says he pulled over. That’s when two men got out of a car, armed with a handgun. They got into Alsaegh’s car and attacked him with a knife. The occupants of the cars, some of whom wore security guard-type uniforms, quickly entered Alsaegh’s car, pointing a gun at him. They pushed his upper body down against the steering wheel, stabbed him and pulled off his shirt to expose his back. Sign Petition To Get Rid of Obamacare

The petition has grown to 935 signatures in just a couple days. Five thousand signatures are needed and the web site is suddenly experiencing trouble registering email addresses other than gmail accounts. When this petition gets the required 5,000 signatures, “…the Obama Administration will review it, make sure it gets to the appropriate policy officials, and issue an official response” per the site’s policy.

Further, it sometimes takes several tries to get the petition to display in your browser. Keep trying to view the petition and it will eventually display. It will be a significant statement if we can complete this petition process before the Obama administration shuts it down.

Please share this information and help repeal ObamaCare. Since passage of ObamaCare at least 1 million more people have lost their insurance coverage and America’s poverty rate has surged. Rates of insurance for unemployed adults under 26 years of age have fallen, but nearly double the number of people over 26 have lost their insurance.
